The LOC men's baseball team was on the wrong end of a lopsided game and fell on the road to Kentucky State University.
Kentucky State baseball scored 45 runs in a doubleheader sweep that dropped the Magicians to 0-20 on the season.
The Magicians struggled to get on base and also struggled to keep Kentucky state off base. In game one the Magicians gave up 5 home runs and loss 20-1. LeMoyne-Owen scored their only run of the day at the top of the third inning.
In game number two a ten run six inning, alongside 14 hits during the contest, led to a 25-2 Kentucky State victory. The Magicians would score two runs at the top of the 6th inning but would never score again.
The team will look to regroup April 7th at home where they will host Spring Hill College. The game is scheduled for 1:00pm.
