The LOC women's basketball team has been bounced from the SIAC tournament after a 62-57 loss to Miles College. 

The Lady Magicians knew they had there hands full with the Lady Golden Bears who have now advanced to 3 consecutive SIAC championship games. The team defeated the Lady Magicians jn both contest and by more the 20 points the last time the two teams played. 

This time around the game would be a lot closer. The Lady Magicians gave mikes all they could handle and stayed with 4-6 points through out the entire game. The difference in the game would come on the glass, Miles out rebound the Lady Magicians by more than 20 rebounds. Foul trouble would also be a factor as Lady Magicians point guard Marley Freeman would sit for crucial stretches of the game due to foul trouble. In the end the grit and experience of the Lady Golden Bears would outlast the Lady Magicians, ending their season. 

Senior guard Kennedy Fuller lead the team in scoring with 20 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assist. Starting forward Antieya Brown poured in 18 points to go along with 6 rebounds.
