Box Score For the past couple seasons, Central State University has been an extremely tough place to play for the LeMoyne-Owen Lady Magicians,

Last season when the two teams met in Wilberforce, the Magicians saw Central State post 100 points just a week after losing to the Lady Magicians at Bruce-Johnson Hall. This time around the Lady Magicians didn't give up 100 points but they were still on the wrong end of a double-digit loss to CSU. After storming out to a 15-5 first quarter lead the Lady Magicians found themselves down 30-20 at half time. In the second half the second quarter the team was outscored 22-5. 

The Lady Magicians would never regain the lead and would fall 68-53. Newcomers Kennedy Fuller led the Lady Magicians in scoring and were the two lone players in double-figures.  Fuller scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds while Jania Wright scored 11 points to go along with 2 rebounds. 

The Lady Magicians will return to action Monday evening on the road at Kentucky State University.
