Cold Shooting Triumphs Lady Magicians On The Road At Miles

The Lady Magicians fell on the road at Miles College 71-48.

The Lady Magicians led 9-8 at the end of the first quarter, forcing  Miles into missing 10-of-12 shots from the field. But midway through the second quarter, the Lady Bearcats would get going and begging to pull away.

LeMoyne-Owen's Sierra Lynch had 26 points to lead all scorers. Lynch was the lone Lady Magician in double figures on the evening and carried the Lady Magicians offense.

Miles is currently the number one team in the SIAC and were picked as pre season favorites to win the SIAC Championship. The two teams will face off again in Memphis for the Lady Magicians senior night February 24th.
