The LOC women's basketball team fell 55-53 in a nail biting loss at home to Tuskegee University. In the first half the Lady Magicians dominated Tuskegee and took a 34-21 into half time. 

The team was firing on all cylinders in the first half and seemed to have all the momentum on their side. The second half would be a totally different story as the Lady Magicians would be outscored 34-19. 

In the first half the team would shoot %46 from the field and better than %40 percent from 3 point range.  However the second half both percentages would drop below %30 percent and the team would go ice cold. 

Head women's basketball coach Antony Partee would have multiple chances to force overtime but would come up just two points short. 

The two teams will face off again at Tuskegee in less than 3 weeks from today.
