Early on in last nights SIAC west contest against Spring Hill College, the LOC Lady Magicians had total control of the ball game and jumped out to a 16-9 lead.

The two teams would go back and forth much of the first half with Spring Hill outscoring the Lady Magicians 12--9 in the second quarter, cutting the Lady Magicians lead to just four points. LOC led 25-21 at the break. In the the third quarter the Lady Badgers of Spring Hill College would come out firing on all cylinders, and would lead 42-34 heading into the fourth quarter.

In the end the Lady Magicians would never recover from their third quarter deficit and Spring Hill would cruise to a 63-53 victory. Backcourt mates Sierra Lynch and Jade Salters were the two Lady Magicians in double figures. Salters poured in 16 points while Lynch added 12 points.

The Lady Magicians will return to action this Saturday on the road at Lane College.
