The LOC women's basketball team fell 62-77 on the road to SIAC Clark-Atlanta.
The Lady Magicians trailed 39-33 at half-time after going back and forth with the Lady Panthers for most of the game. The team had one of their best shooting nights of the season and shot 7-11 from the 3pt line and better than 50 percent from the field. Although they were efficient from the field, defensively they struggled.
At the end of three quarters Partee and the Lady Magicians trailed by just four points. In the fourth quarter it was all Clark-Atlanta. They were firing on all cylinders and won the quarter 21-10.
Senior guard
Sierra Lynch led the Lady Magicians in scoring with 22 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Also in double figures was junior guard
Jade Salters who scored 10 points and grabbed 2 rebounds.
The team will resume play January 4th at home against Savannah State University.
