The Magicians were in action against Fort Valley State University on January 27th and came away with the blowout victory 86-62.

The Magicians had 5 players to score in double digits: A.J. Nance with 21 points and 8 rebounds, David McKinnie with 18 points, Jerry Hampton with 12 points 11 rebounds, Travis Thompson with 10 points and 6 rebounds and Chris Brown with 10 points and 7 rebounds.

The Magicians took over the game around the 3:00 minute mark with a 19-3 run to end the Half up 37-23. In the second half, the Magicians wouldn't let up as they would go on another run 10-2 run to extend the led to 47- 25 in just 3 minutes. From there the Magicians controlled the game and went up by as many as 31 points around the 6:00 minute mark. The Magicians would end the game winning after a thunderous dunk by A.J. Nance.

For the game the Magicians shot 19-63 (30%) from the field, 7-25 (28%) from the three point line and 17-31 (55%) from the free throw line.
