Kimberly Anderson is currently in her first season as head women's basketball coach. As a standout athlete and respected coach, Anderson's career has spanned over 20 years,showcasing her dedication to her craft and her commitment to empowering young women.

With a background in collegiate and high school athletics, Anderson leveraged her playing career as a foundation to transition into coaching. Notably, she led the Concordia Lady Hornets program to a National title as head coach in 2009. Under her leadership, the Lady Hornets consistently demonstrated excellence from 2009 to 2012, solidifying her reputation as a skilled and Results-driven coach.

Currently in her seventh season as the head coach of the Lady Dragons, Anderson continues to shape empowering programs that promote women's basketball excellence, while fostering a culture that prioritizes the development of successful young women. Notably, her leadership led the Lady Dragons to the 2018-2019 NCAA D-II Postseason Tournament and the first-ever SIAC Postseason Championship Tournament.

In her multifaceted roles, Anderson's passion for assisting young women extends beyond the athletic arena, as she demonstrates her commitment to contributing positively to the community.
As Assistant Senior Woman's Administrator, she is expanding her career and dedicating herself to enriching the lives of students and staff at Lane College and most recently, we'd like to also add at Mississippi Valley State.

Anderson's personal life is equally commendable, with a loving family that includes her husband Tommy Anderson, and a son Kelvin Montreal Pooler. Grandparents to two Aaliyah and Kelvin Jr, and their daughter -n- law Dequina Moore Pooler further highlight the compassionate personality behind this exceptional individual.
