2025 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Recorded 4 top ten finishes across all six meets…Set PRs in the Heptathlon (2,370 pts) and Shot Put (9.29m)…Placed 7th at SIAC Championships as member of DMR…Earned 2nd team All-Conference honors for DMR.


Prep: Played 3 years of varsity basketball for Woodbury H.S...started in every game during his junior and senior seasons...Helped lead his team to a MSHSL 6A Suburban East Conference Championship Title ('21)...Played AAU ball for the Minnesota Suns...Helped lead his team to a 17U Platinum Runner-Up finish at the Las Vegas Big Time Tournament.
